We found this rare VW Beetle on a small glade in Sweden. This so called "Ovali" was built between 1953 and 1957 and was the successor of the "Brezelbeetle". The name "Ovali" refers to its small, oval rear window, which was even split at the iconic "brezel". The first Ovalis were build with a 25 PS engine, later with 30 PS. During the life span, the Beetle reached the amount of 1 000 000 sold vehicles. The millionth beetle got a golden paintwork. The corrosion of our object is quiet sophisticated, what results in a nice, dark brown colour tone on the shirts.
